Interior designed by renowned architect, the restaurant interior has been conceived as a subtle, elegant portrait – modern and inspired, yet mindful of tradition This five star restaurant focuses most of its menu around seafood, most of which is still swimming in one of the eight tanks that line the walls. The seafood dishes range from traditional steamed live fish with ginger and shallots or salt and pepper jumbo oysters to the more unusual wok stir fried salty egg yolk lobster. This mix of traditional and contemporary extends to the rest of the menu which features both classic dishes such as Peking Duck and more modern interpretations.
